Levelling up isn't just for one thing or problem you want it solve. It can be for anything that you want to achieve or change.

I usually find inspiration after a workout or first thing in the morning. Yes I am that annoying morning person that is usually bright and breezy as soon as they open their eyes. Opening the curtains and letting the light in, bouncing around the house and cooking breakfast. Then in the evenings I am asleep super early unless I keep myself active. I like to think it's all about balance.

What I am trying to say is that you have to find what works for you, level up in your own way, and at your own pace. What do you want to achieve, change or do right now? Set that as goal, a target and work towards it. It's as simple as that.

Don't pressure yourself to be the best straight away, any step forward no matter how small is great and something to be proud of. You are better than you were yesterday.

Remember to take your setbacks as lessons. What went wrong, what would you do differently if you did it again? Don't get upset, use it as fuel for the fire. Be the fire! (Ok, getting a bit too far into the motivational quotes but you get the point)

Finally surround yourself with positive things, unfollow those people on Instagram, Facebook, SnapChat etc. that make you feel bad about yourself and follow people that inspire you. Follow those that are where you want to be, they didn't get there overnight. The best ones will tell you that it was a lot of hard work and determination, are you willing to do the same? It's all about perspective and working towards what you want, one step at a time. Don't fall for the quick fixes and the hype. If its too good to be true, it most likely is. (There I go again with the quotes)

Just get going on something, finish that book, organise your clothes, tidy your bedroom.

Keep levelling up and let's talk

All the best
