No wasted energy...A life lesson

No wasted energy was inspired by a close friend. They actually said these words to me within one of the many conversations about men. She has a way of coming out with these one liners that make so much sense that I felt I needed to have this as a quote on clothes and spread the word!

You are probably thinking what does "no wasted energy mean", why is it a saying that I need to know about? Let me break it down and set the scene.

Now, the context of the story is for those of us that are proudly navigating the world of singleness; but don’t think that doesn’t apply to everyone at one point or another. You're in the midst of a conversation with one of your close friends, recounting a situation that you're in or have been in many times whilst trying to decipher the terrain of vague communications, behaviours and so on. She responds with the usual things you expect such as, be honest and say how you feel. Then the gem...."We don’t need to waste time, No Wasted Energy, you should be putting this time and energy into something that you want to achieve, put the focus back on yourself".

No wasted energy is simply, focus on yourself and do what makes you happy, don’t waste your energy on the things that aren’t making moves for you. Put the energy into your goals.

There you have it a lesson to live by.
